The key pillars of our value added services

Customs Clearance

We handle export clearance at origin and import clearance at destination: tariff classification, documentation and filing with customs. With the cargo consolidated in our warehouses in China, the paperwork leaves origin already complete, which is where delays are avoided. One point worth having in writing: tax liability for tariff classification rests with the importer of record, not with the customs broker. We propose and document the classification; who acts as importer of record, and the scope of each party's liability, are set by contract before the first shipment.
