Each office works in its own time zone and in the language of its market. The Shenzhen one is the one next to the factories: that is where a plant gets visited, a sample gets checked and a negotiation gets closed without anyone having to fly.
What happens after you send the form
Your enquiry reaches the office that handles your route, not a general inbox. If it is a purchase in China, the Shenzhen team reads it; if it is a shipment, whoever operates that route does.
We do not promise a response time in an automated email, because that would commit a team that was not part of the promise. What we do promise: a person answers, and answers about your case.
